Guides & Pro workspace

Learn to check an invoice in a few minutes, and see what the Pro workspace adds.

Getting started

  1. 1

    Check your first invoice

Open the home page, drop in a PDF invoice and wait a few seconds. No account is needed. Guests are processed in memory and never saved.

    Upload an invoice
  2. 2

    Read your results

Each check ends as passed, warning, error or "could not verify". Findings show the expected and actual amounts and the page they came from, in plain language.

  3. 3

    Confirm unclear values

If something was read with low confidence, it is listed for you to confirm or correct. The checks run again with your answer, and your corrections are listed.

  4. 4

    Scanned invoices

Pages without a text layer are read with OCR. Open "Reading options" before uploading to pick a scan quality. 300 DPI is recommended.

  5. 5

    Download the report

Use "Download report (PDF)" on the results page to keep a copy or send it to your supplier. It is built from the page itself, so nothing is stored.

  6. 6

    Limits and plans

Guests, free accounts and paid plans have different daily limits, file sizes and page counts. Verify your email to get your plan's limits.

Pro workspace

For teams that check invoices every day. The free invoice checker above stays free and needs no signup.

Pro · Storage

Connect Google Drive or FTP

Pick invoices straight from Google Drive or your FTP server, or keep documents with us. Storage will be opt-in and for paid plans only. Free uploads stay in memory and are never stored.

Pro · RAG

Invoice vs. contract (knowledge base)

Add contracts, price agreements, purchase orders and policies to a private knowledge base. We compare invoice prices, discounts and payment terms against them and quote the clause behind each finding.

Pro · Chatbot

Chat about your invoice

Ask "Why was this flagged?", "Is this price correct?" or "Can I approve this?" and get an answer based on the findings and your own documents, with the sources shown.
